....RE-SET, RE-GROUP & ON THE ROAD AGAIN...
After a quick re-set, bit of laundry and some re-packing we are on the road again. This time to Quebec City - La Capitale Nationale. I have asked several times but without a satisfactory answer why when Quebec is the provincial capital why the sign as you enter the city reads Capitale Nationale..
We lived here for two years several years ago and it remains one of my favourite Canadian cities to visit. Particularly in the winter when the celebration of Le Carnival:

.....Before heading out we stopped by Santé Voyage to take our first dose of Dukoral (http://dukoralcanada.com/dukoral#why-dukoral )
Am thankful this vaccine became available as it will give us one more level of protection while away. Second dose due in 7 days after which we will have 3 months of protection.
.....did some preparatory banking, post-dated some bills, notified credit card companies of travel dates, postal service hold mail for 7 weeks, find someone to babysit the plants.
.....so many things on my to do list
....more things happening when we return home at the end of the weekend so will have to find some time to pack
